Steak Tip Marinade
GREAT! I had a round roast to use and marinaded it in this sauce for about 45 minutes. I saved some of the marinade for basting as well. The next day, I put the steak and the rest of the marinade into the slow cooker to make pulled, bbq beef. The beef cooking in the marinade all day was wonderful!

Red Slush Punch
I have been making this punch for a few years, but lost the recipe. I put it into ice cream pails or large bowls to freeze. Then you can scoop it out as you need it (for times when a punch bowl is not practical...picnics, boating, etc.) I also use flavored vodka for a kick or Malibu instead of rum. Experimenting is half the fun!

Cream Cheese Mints
We make these mints for graduations, weddings, showers, first communions, and other special occasions. You can also use rum extract, almond extract, lemon extract, etc. We usually have three or four different flavors on each plate. Divide the dough into sections and flavor each section, or if you are making more than one batch, flavor each batch with a different extract.
