Peach Ice Cream
We have made a similar recipe to this for years and years. It is without a doubt the best ice cream recipe there is. If you can't find fresh peaches buy the package of frozen peaches, thaw them out and puree them before adding to the ice cream - you'll never be able to tell the difference. Substitue strawberries, or any other fresh or frozen fruit - you will never use another recipe again.

Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad
We make a salad like this using tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, black olives and creamy caesar dressing. It is a delicious side dish with chicken. Or try it on a grilled cheeseburger instead of mayo, lettuce and tomato. It's great!

Fresh Tomato Salsa
I used 2 jalapenos finely chopped instead of the serranos plus 2 cloves of garlic (I love garlic). Wonderful - like pico de gallo! Then I roughly mashed up an avocado and put about 3 tablespoons of this mixture in it and I got the most wonderful quacamole for our mexican meal for two. Great recipe!
