LOVE IT! The first time I made this it was OK. I took out the bacon and put in cubed ham. Also I added another 1/2 cup of cheese. YUMMY! It's now one of our favorites. Even my picky 4 year old loves it.

Baked Mashed Potatoes

I loved this receipe! I was a big hit at Christmas. I did change it a little. I did not add the onion. I did add cheddar cheese to the top of it for the last 5 minutes of cooking, just until it was melted. YUMMY. I might try putting bacon on top next time.
