Black Magic Cake
Amazing! I accidentally used 2 cups of flour but it turned out fine. It was so moist that I had to be careful when taking it out of the pan because it was stuck to the bottom, but otherwise no problems. My husband was sceptical about the coffee, but you can't taste it at all - the best homemade (from scratch) chocolate cake I've had!

Sour Cream Chocolate Cake
While others have said that the cake was too dry, I found that the cake was too dense for my liking - a heavy fudge cake. I cannot comment on the icing because I used a different recipe.

West Coast Cod and Shrimp
I didn't have cream, so used evaporated milk but it worIed just as well. I also cooked uncovered after reading some reviews about it becoming too watery. I thought that this was good but richer than most meals I would eat and my husband didn't like it at all so I've given it 3 out of 5 stars. I probably won't make it again.
