Guinness(R) Corned Beef
I also added the spice packets that came with the beef, but i thought it was way to strong and bitter! The meat had been submerged all day in a slow cooker, but it came out and it was rrrreally not what i wanted. Super tender but very disappointed with the taste. So sorry i "ruined" the 4 lbs of corned beef along with all the veggies. next time i'll just cook it the old fashioned way, with water! yummy.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada
delicious! i served it with soft corn tortillas and queso fresco and homemade pico de gallo.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
i loved this recipe! i added green chilies and jalapenos for spice and it was super delicious. people were topping all the other appetizers with this dip..from deviled eggs to smoked salmon.
