very very good recipe.Makes alot but i froze(they freeze wonderfully) the leftover pancake's for another day.I do add a splash of vanilla in them also.Everyone loved them and they were so easy to make.We wont be making pancake's from a box again thnx :) UPDATE:I have been making this recipe for over a year and it is awesome!! For those having issues with the "fluffiness" Make sure all you ingrediants are at room temp and after you make the batter let it sit and rest for 15-20 minutes then give it a quick stir with your wisk and continue making them.Do not over mix or you will get tuff pancakes.If you having issues with lumps--Please sift your dry ingrediants before mixing with the wet.Lastly REAL Buttermilk is a must with this recipe!!!Powder buttermilk work's.But, doesnt have the same taste in your final product and milk/vinager is just a waste of time.I have add grated apple,blueberries,banana,chocolate chips & even pumkin with a bit of pumkin pie spice.I've scaled the recipe down and up never ever had a problem wiht it.These make the perfect pancakes for me every time and hopefully these tips will work for you also.
