Mixed Vegetable Grill

This was fab! I put the veggies (once all mix together) in foil and grilled them.Made a great super simple dish that even the kids loved.THNX I will be making this again :)

Grilled Chicken Quesadillas

this were pretty good kids loved them as wll as the adults. I used a roasted chicken i bought at the supermarket and shredded the meat once off the bone.I also used chicken taco season instead of what was called for.I grilled ours on the forman grill and Served with my mexican rice,a salad and homade mango icecream.A great and perfect super simple dinner :)

Easy Iced Coffee

I used instant esspresso and skim milk with a bit of vanilla.I added a wee bit more sugar and milk(personnal taste) all in all it was VERY YUMMY! A keeper in our book.A great way to have your morning coffee on a hot July day.Thnx for a great recipe :)

Five Minute Ice Cream

I USED VANILLA SOY MILK INSTEAD OF CREAM AND SPLENDA IN PLACE OF THE SUGAR ALSO CUT THE SPLENDA DOWN TO 1/4 CUP. THIS WAS VERY YUMMY!!! I THINK NEXT TIME I WILL CUT THE SPLENDA DOWN A BIT MORE.WITH THE VANILLA SOY MILK WAS A BIT SWEET STILL. I ALSO MADE MANGO AND STARBERRY FLAVOR'S.THE POSSIBLITY WITH FLAVOR'S IS ENDLESS.THNX MUCH FOR A WEOBDERFUL RECIPE :)

Chewy Cherry Whole Grain Cereal Bars

I just finished making these for breakfast for my kid's 2morrow.I had to try one,lol.They are very yummy! the tartness of the cheeries goes great with slightly sweet oat crust.Thnx a bunch they are excactly what i have been looking for :)

Chicken Pot Pie II

very good recipe!The only thing i did differently is, use a pourable crust recipe i had and added sage and pepper to the crust batter.Other than that i made the recipe as stated.My kids both loved it! will be making this again,THNX!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake Cookies

I made these along with pumpkin cookies i also found on this site.These were good not great. They were really chocolatey and moist.The peanut butter chip's went well with them.But, i still stand by the pumpkin cookie's they are way better!

This will now become my standard pumpkin cookie recipe!So yummy,super simple and with no egg's!I fallowed the recipe to a "T" however i did throw in some chopped semi sweet chocolate i needed to use up.Not to sweet but full of flavor Thnx millions!
