Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

simple and very very good.Made it for thanksgiving and it was awesome!! I did use coconutmilk and cream other than that i made it as stated with no problems thnx!

Chocolate Ganache

Very good just finisheed making this to top my chocolate cheesecake.The only thing i did differantly was instead of rum i used rum extract and a dash of vanilla extract.Very good my kids and i licked the bowl clean!! Thnx this is a keeper!!

Cranberry Nut Bread

This is a excellant recipe!I only did 2 things differantly 1) i boiled my cranberries just untill they pop drain and let cool 2) i added 1/3 cup buttermilk very moist light with a great cran-orange flavor.Thnx i will be making this again :)

Best Ever Banana Bread

all and all this is a really good recipe, very moist and has alot of banana flavor i did add 1 tsp cinnamon and vanilla.But it's just banana bread in the end nothing special just good old fashioned banana bread :)

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Super Simple and my kid's loved this casserole as did the adult's.I Will be making again.I used reduced fat ritz as well as reduced fat soups and sour cream.The only changes i made was..I roasted the chicken(it was frozen solid) i threw in some peas and used rainbow pasta.Served with a veggie salad,whole wheat dinner roll's.This was a comforting meal on a cold day thnx :)

Caramel Apple Dip

This stuff is simple to make and omg is it good! kid's and adults alike love this one! Thnx for a great recipe!This will be my standard dip for fruit's.I also used splenda brown sugar and fat free cream cheese and added a touch of vanilla :)

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

Very easy and tasted great!My kids really liked it to.I will be making this again.I served it with a veggie salad and fresh roll's for dinner.Could very easily be used for breakfast or brunch along side scrammbled egg's.I cut the oil,used turkey Kielbasa Boiled it first to get most of the fat gone and then fallowed the directions and i threw in some garlic very good recipe :)

Banana Cranberry Muffins

very good and easy! These have a mild banana flavor and with the cranberry the combo is very good.My kid's liked them but they said they needed a bit more banana in them.I think next time i will add some vanilla,more banana and maybe a dash of cinnamon thnx for a a good recipe :)

Sweet Potato Pie I

wonderful just wonderful! made this and added my own twist and took it to work and was told it was amazing!!!!thnx for the great recipe.I will put this one into the family file complete with my added twist's which makes for a special sweet potato pie :)

Broccoli Salad I

This almost the same salad my aunt makes every thanksgiving.The only things she does differantly is that..She uses 2 cups broccoli and 2 cups cauliflower and instead of raisins we use dried cranberries,instead of the green onion...1 small red onion(chopped) and cashews instead of the sunflower seeds.Try it this way you will love it! Either way it is a great salad and even kids love it!

Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

After tasting this before i served it...I added mushroom's,green peppers and fresh garlic before adding those to it... this was pretty bland..After it pretty much tasted like a pizza casserole which went over very well by everyone and the kids loved it.No left overs!thnx

It's Chili by George!!

I just got done making this still needs a bit more time to cook but so far this is awesome!The only changes i made wa i threw in 1 stalk diced celery,3 cloves of freshly chopped garlic,i did not have any cumin so i replaced ti with a small amount of 1/8tsp habanero chili pepper and scaled it down to make 3 serving's.I also did throw in 1/4 brown sugar instead of the white i got a little to much habanero chili pepper so i used thta to cut done the spiceyness a bit.I will be making this again thnx for a great recipe :)

Pork Chops Over Rice

This was ok.Easy and simple just what i was looking for.With that being said...The flavor of the rice was good but needed a bit more,the pork chops were moist....again needed more flavor.I like that this was quick and easy.So, i would make it again.But, i would also make changes so i would get better flavor in the end.
