oh very yummy!!! I added shredded carrot,peas and cucumber and deleted the olives and tomatoes becuase the kids do not like them very very good!!!I also doubled the dressing and it was perfect not to dry or to wet.thnx for the great recipes!!! I will make this again and again :)

I have been baking forever and do this for a living...Not very good at all my kids would not even eat them!!!I made them to take to a school play for a cast party needless to say they were just horrible!!!I am from Wisconsin and they taste nothing like amish cookies!!! very BLAH!!!Will not make again!!!

I double the crust useinghalf wheat flour and half white flour(they hold together better).For the brown sugar i used Splenda Brown Sugar.Instead of Raspberry perserves i have use Homeade Blueberry,Strawberry,Strawberry Rhubarb,Apple and Whole Cranberry Sauce w/orange zest and a bit of splenda and corn starch mixed in. Jam's.Depending on what the kids want that day :)I use one recipe of crust on the bottom and top with half of the other crust.I spread(you want to stir or heat your jam just a wee bit for easier spreading)the Jam's(add a bit more jam otherwise it is more crust than filling) so they are NOT touching the outer edges by the pan to prevent burning!Then after i let them cool(about 15 minutes).I microwave(Creamy)Peanut Butter and drizzle on top.Sprinkle with Peanuts and let them cool totally before cutting.My kids love these for an after school snack or a quick on the go breakfast with fruit smoothie!Even with more crust i only bake them about 15-18 minutes.At our house these are now known as "Mom's Peanut butter and jelly bars"!

Very easy cake to make,moist and YUMMY! I added a bit more coffee to get the mocha flavor and a touch of cinnamon at the request of my 9 year old and this very quickly became her favorite cake.Thanks for a great recipe :)

I just got done making up a batch for christmas day munches...They are the best ever jelly cookies i ever tasted i used starwberry jam,raspberry jam and apple butter for the filling my kids loved them so much i have to make a double match and hope they make untill christmas day! This is a very excellant casserole! I also used leftover turkey instead of the ground turkey,added 1 can green beans,Sprinkled 1c cheddar cheese and 1c swiss cheese on top...Was YUMMY! My 8 and 7 year old loved it to...I doubled the recipe so i can freeze the leftovers for another night.THNX SO MUCH!! Will deffantly make again :)

I omitted the onion and added 1 teaspoon of house seasoning instead,put salsa and dallop of sour cream on top was very good my kids loved it.Was a bit bland for me.Next time for added flavor i will add green & red peppers.Thank you for the recipe will make again.

I omitted the onions and added 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder,layed and extra 1 1/2 C of hasbrown on the bottom and poured the egg mixture over the extra layer of hasbrown,sprinkled montery jack cheese on top. My kids loved it and they are very picky eaters! Will become a family breakfast favorite!Best breakfast casserole i have tasted!

I redused the oil to 1/4 cup,added 3/4 cup applesauce,Cut the sugar down to 1 cup,added 3 Tablespoon cinnamon,Made it in a bundt pan with a small amount of cream cheese glaze on top...It was a HIT!Never made it to the next day!Will make again!

Thsi is an excellant recipe.My 8 year old loved this dish and she is not a big fan of pasta dishes but ate this one right up even asked for seconds deffantly a hit! Will make again!
