Making Thanksgiving Dinner with my Mom.Now that my girls are old enough i enjoy it even more that they can help out and create some great memories with my Mom and myself.
My cooking triumphs
The hardest thing i ever found to make was a pie crust!! But i have mastered that after years of searching for a great recipe!!I now make an awesome pie crust that is tender,flaky & yummy!
My cooking tragedies
The thing that comes to mind is when i was 6 i made my Dad Baking powered Biscuits...Needless to say they turned out like HOCKEY PUCKS!!! But my Dad ate every one of them!!!Today he asks for my "famouse" Biscuits which i can bake with no probs after messing with them untill i was 14 and made the perfect biscuit for my Dad :)

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
I just finished this for tomorrows night dinner.Had the kid's taste test it and they love it!!I did use beef broth instead of water.Used 2-1/2pound roast instead of a 5-pound roast.Kept the measurments for the rest the same.I did use 2 pks of the italian dressing mix and added 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes.Fantastic!! Will be making this again! Thank you :))

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I am not sure why this has such great review's??? We just finished dinner and well we all didn't like it!!!! Glad i scaled the recipe down and did not make the a whole batch. Thanks but i will stick with my recipe.Thanks anyway :(
