About this Cook
I am a mommy of two wonderful girls who hold my heart always. My kids,Family & Friends mean the most to me in life.I am one of those tell it like it is people.
My favorite things to cook
Just about anything except Seafood/Fish
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making Thanksgiving Dinner with my Mom.Now that my girls are old enough i enjoy it even more that they can help out and create some great memories with my Mom and myself.
My cooking triumphs
The hardest thing i ever found to make was a pie crust!! But i have mastered that after years of searching for a great recipe!!I now make an awesome pie crust that is tender, flaky & yummy!
My cooking tragedies
The thing that comes to mind is when i was 6 i made my Dad Baking powered Biscuits...Needless to say they turned out like HOCKEY PUCKS!!! But my Dad ate every one of them!!!Today he asks for my "famouse" Biscuits which i can bake with no probs after messing with them untill i was 14 and made the perfect biscuit for my Dad :)

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Yummy stuff! Super easy & my kid's loved it as well. The only thing i changed was that i used light topping and it was an 8oz container & no sugar pudding.Still turned out great! I will be making this again during Thanksgiving! A lower calorie dip i can serve with fruit, that is excellent! This is just what i was looking for. Thanks for a great recipe :)
