Baked Potato Skins
These were great potato skins without the frying! Aside from the time it took, they were consumed immmediately and loved by all!

Quick Chicken Soup
This was a GREAT recipe -- so easy and delicious to make! I decided to cut the chicken ahead of time and added cayenne pepper to the mix for a little spice. It was simple and delicious!!!

A Fragrant, Spicy Rice
This was a great recipe -- I, too, substituted chicken broth for the veg broth. I loved the various spices and the crunchiness of the almonds.
