Previously hopeless in the kitchen... now hopeful! Yummy, quick, nutritious, and something that everyone at home enjoys eating. Also CUPCAKES. Every New Year's Day (January 1st) my dad throws a great party and serves BBQ, black-eyed peas, cabbage with potatoes, and other delicious foods. This southern tradition is the best! Entering the kitchen! ;) Probably my worst experience was trying to make fudge. I had trouble keeping it at the correct temperature and constantly stirring, stirring, stirring while it slowly overpowered me. Some day my arch-nemesis and I will come face-to-fudge again and the tale will be told for generations to come.
