Cara's Creamy Stuffed Shells
This turned out very good. Changes I made were:
To the mixture:
I used an entire head of garlic
added some Italian seasoning
added some romano cheese (before baking)
increased the cream cheese by 50%
I drained the beef, which isn't in the recipe. You'd be nuts not to.
I think I had to bake a bit more than 15 minutes, but that's typical in my oven.
