Grilled Asparagus
This recipe was AWESOME! I blanched the asparagus to keep its color and then I mixed the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper together before I brushed it on the asparagus. Rather than mess with the grill, I put in the basket of my RONCO rotisserie for 7 minutes. It came out PERFECT! Thank you Larry for this recipe!

Key Lime Pie VII
This pie is to die for! Creamy and tart with a hint of sour cream, it has a wonderful flavor! I was worried I wouldn't see the little bubbles forming on the top (the sign that it had baked long enough), but when I turned the oven light on, I could see them easily (they are tiny though). I will make this recipe again and again!

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu
I cooked only two chicken breasts and cut everything down into quarters. I seasoned the chicken breasts with Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning and used chicken Stove Top stuffing on the top. This dish was AWESOME! I plan to use it for a senior luncheon that I am cooking for in the near future!
