Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
I used the foil ball idea. Instead of the whole chicken. I used 4 legs and thigh quarters split. I also pulled the skin off so the flavor would take over. oh i added garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pepper, and seasoning salt. DH was surprised how tender it was. there was only 2 legs that I guess were a little to skinny because they were a little dry.Next time I wont cook for the whole 10 hrs.I am fortunate enough to have 2 crockpots. I cubed about 10 potatoes in my other one, melted a stick of butter, mixed with 1/4 bottle of ranch sauce and a chicken boullon cube. Poured that over the potatoes. OMG so good. It went very well with the chicken. Also made corn on the cob and biscuits. This fed 7 people easily.

Grandpa's Classic Coney Sauce
I thought I would surprise my hubby with a taste of home. The kids and I loved them. Hubby is from Michigan. He said the real coney dogs arent sweet. So next time I will try to make it without sugar. The good thing about this recipe, is that there will be a next time. Thanks for sharing!!
