Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Macaroons
Amazing!! Added 1 tsp of vanilla to the egg whites and didn't have sweetened coconut so I used unsweetened. After the Macaroons cooled, I dipped them in melted semi sweet chocolate!! They look amazing and taste delicious! It's a saver!!

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole
Amazing! Loved every bite and sent it on to the family, and they raved about it too. Made it with ground turkey and added corn to the recipe, you could throw anything in to the mix. Awesome, thank you :0)
