I never write a review whether I like or dislike something. I just never seem to find the time. This rating is my exception. The salad was incredible and I just felt the need to write a review. I made it for the first time tonight and my family loved it. I can't wait to make it for a dinner party. It will definitely be a constant on my menu. I used almonds instead of walnuts and I browned them with the noodles and butter. I use some extra vegetables but it is not a necessity. Fabulous recipe.
