Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding
Tasty and super-easy! I modified it by using splenda brown sugar and dried cranberries instead of raisins. Perfect on a cool fall day.

Chutney Chicken Salad
The best chicken salad I've ever made! Found it for my boyfriend who loves anything and everything curry, and he agrees! Next time I may try adding some diced celery or bell peppers for a bit of crunch.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
I tried to make this with real cheese instead of processed cheese, and I think that may have been where I went wrong.
