My husband and I love our local philly cheesesteak place but I figured I'd give it a try myself. This tastes as good as that place, and now I can make it with hormone-free meat. I didn't use the oregano and instead sprinkled a little KC Masterpiece dry rub on it while cooking the meat. I also made it without cheese and it was wonderful. We are thrilled. Good work, Tera, I'm telling everyone about this!

wonderful! i substituted the half and half for 3:1 rice milk: heavy cream. the rice milk may have given it a sweeter taste, but it was delicious! the celery adds a nice touch. i also added garlic. i made supper for my community group and everyone wanted this recipe.

i made this initially with just one cucumber to see if we liked it. we'll be making this again, with a little less dill.
