Pumpkin Chip Cookies
very good, Use a VERY large mixing bowl. It made 60 cookies and I thought that was a lot until I shared them and they were GONE day 2

Black Bean and Rice Enchiladas
tweeked it a little for personal taste but loved them! Will be making this again.

Easy Decadent Truffles
made these for my girlfirends birthday party. Made one 1/2 as recipe is written and the other 1/2 I mixed in crunchy peanut butter, melted peanut butter and drizzled on top of those to distinguise. Very easy to make and tasty. I will be making these for future parties.
