I would love to go to culinary school for pastry arts someday, but for now, I need to finish a "real" degree ;)

Unofficially "dessert catering" for three large gatherings (100-150 people). I would love to start a dessert catering business someday.
My cooking tragedies
I'm not exaggerating, I haven't really messed up that bad so far! And when I have, I've covered it up, and it ended up OK. I'll never forget, though, the first dinner I made for my mom when I was about 8...spaghetti with tomato sauce right out of the can! It wasn't even Ragu, just straight up TOMATO sauce. It was basically like biting into a tomato with some noodles thrown in.
