Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken
Very good. Made some changes based on previous reviews. Added a can of black beans, red peppers, mushrooms, corn and some adobo seasoning for salt. It was a little runny but overall tasted great. We took it for a dinner and all 3 pounds were gone from only 6 people eating. People were getting 2nds and 3rds!
