SOOO yummy! I omitted the cream because I don't do dairy and it was delicious without it.

Can I just start with this preface...I don't cook, I bought all the spices and ingredients just for this dish...and cooking makes me nervous. But I eat out at Indian restaurants a lot. This curry was extremely delicious! I couldn't believe that I could pull it off. Restaurant grade for sure. Impressed all my friends. thank you!
