Banana Pudding IV
This was so delicious and easy to make. i've never been a fan of the instant pudding recipes, but this one was great. I would definatley recomend putting it in a bowl so that you can use more layers and i reduced the milk to 2 cups. other than that, i wouldn't change a thing. Has anyone tried this with pineapple? i'm tempted.

Quick Creamy Potato Soup
this recipe was so easy and delicious. i did modify it a bit but this was a great base recipe. I added celery and sauted the celery and onion in garlic butter. I cooked the potatoes seperatley and added a couple of tsps of liquid smoke to the potatoes. i reduced the milk to about one cup and added about 2 ounces velveeta and 2 ounces pepper jack cheese. I also added butter, garlic, and liquid smoke to the soup, along with several other spices. Dont be afraid to spice this one up a bit. But the cheese definately added the right consistency.

Seven-Up(TM) Sheet Cake
This the second time I've used this recipe and it was great both times. Everyone loved it. I did make a few changes. I used lemon pudding instead of vanilla and I added choppd pecans to the icing. The icing takes longer (at least twice as long) as suggested. Let the cake cool a bit before icing. And it's best if it sits overnight in the fridge.
