Special Buttercream Frosting
This turned out beautifully. Colors well, easy to make and work with, not too sweet. Yum. I modified the recipe to use 1/2 Crisco and 1/2 butter, and left out one cup of the powdered sugar. I also added extra vanilla, but that was by accident. This makes a LOT of frosting. Enough for 3 boxes of store-bought cake mix. Next time, I'll cut it in half.
