Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is by far the best mac and cheese I have ever eaten. I loved it and, more importantly, so did my whole family of picky eaters. I was nervous with the inclusion of cottage cheese, but the recipe is perfect as it is. I didn't change anything the first time I made it. The second time I made some changes to make it a bit more diet friendly. I simply substituted the lower fat versions of everything (low fat, NOT non-fat because then it is gross) and it was still delicious. I have to be careful to get enough protein and between the Barilla Plus pasta I used and the cottage cheese and other cheeses, this is a great dinner! Lots of protein and really not too much fat, with the substitutions. Any way you make it, this is delicious.!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
This is the BEST sugar cookie recipe I have ever made. I normally don't like sugar cookies and don't bother to make them. But I really wanted to have some rolled cookies for my new halloween cookie cutters. This recipe was perfect for that. So easy!! And I normally struggle with rolling cookies. This is delicious even plain (without rolling, etc.) I did follow the advice of others and upped the vanilla, and I also swapped out a cup of the sugar for a cup of Splenda and they still were delicious. No one noticed and I got rave reviews. Also, definitely use the parchment paper and use powdered sugar sparingly to help roll it out. That saved me a ton of headache - amazing recipe! Thanks!!

Sage Pork Chops
This is a great recipe for pork chops. I am somewhat picky about the way I like pork chops and before this, the recipes I would actually use for pork chops was around four - any other way and I didn't like them. My recipe number is now five. This is a deceptively simple recipe. It is simple and only has a few ingredients and a few directions, but the result is simple and delicious. This is a huge hit around my house and I get requests for the recipe often. This recipe is good for regular dinner rotation as well as a recipe for company. I highly recommend it.
