I have become more interested in cooking since moving away from parents after college. Have always cooked simple dishes when parents were working or for bake sales. One of a few in my circle not intimidated to cook a meal from scratch. Anything I can fix on my indoor grill and baked goods. A chocolate chip cookie recipe I improvised on. Everyone is hooked now. Also my first cheesecake, was really nervous but it came out great. Custard Pie... determined to get it right
