About this Cook
I am a culinary graduate who is currently a bakery manager. I don't have much energy or time anymore to cook so I turn to quick ideas and shopping lists for efficient grocery shopping. I find alot of these recipes helpful although some are hard to make due to lack of ingredients here in Canada.
My favorite things to cook
Love casseroles (I'm all about leftovers, don't have to cook the next night), I love trying new things and different cuisines. It's fall now so comfort food is coming to my menus.

Classic Waffles
I've made this twice and both times had to increase the milk to thin out the batter. I also tried beating the egg whites seperately and found this made a lighter waffle.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I didn't make this in the slow-cooker instead I made it on the stove. Turned out great!!

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
If you don't like feta cheese, try it with goat cheese. I don't mind feta but goat cheese gives it a nice creamy earthy taste. Sooo much better.
