Baked French Toast
I followed the advice of CZARDAS. This was the best french toast I've EVER had! I used a large sheet pan and laid each piece of bread flat. I cut both the milk, half & half and eggs as suggessted by CZARDAS. I flipped the bread to let both sides soak. When it came out of the oven the next morning... it appeared a soggy at first but after it sat and cooled for a few minutes it was perfect. Every guest loved this recipe and wanted seconds.

Baked Omelet Pie
This recipe was EXCELLENT!! I didn't have a skillet so I put everything in a sqaure baking dish. I wanted to feed more people so I did 10 eggs instead of 6. I also used 3 small potatos, extra mushroom and bell pepper and added cooked bacon instead of the ham. Every person loved this recipe and you can basically add anything you desire to the eggs.

Baklava
I made this recipe for Christmas and it was wonderful. It calls for 1 cup of butter (2 sticks) and I only used 1. I followed the advice of sandra lee and didn't saturate the dough sheets. I used exactly 1 stick. I will make this recipe again, for sure.
