Baked French Toast
I followed the advice of CZARDAS. This was the best french toast I've EVER had! I used a large sheet pan and laid each piece of bread flat. I cut both the milk, half & half and eggs as suggessted by CZARDAS. I flipped the bread to let both sides soak. When it came out of the oven the next morning... it appeared a soggy at first but after it sat and cooled for a few minutes it was perfect. Every guest loved this recipe and wanted seconds.
