Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were great. A little on the dry side when rolling into balls but very moist when cooked. I over cooked my first batch, my oven is a little on the hotter side. So, watch the timing.

First of all, THANK YOU! I used this recipe and won 3rd place at our Spring Fair this weekend with it. I found this recipe extremely to make. I don't usually like rolling out cookies, but this wasn't bad at all. It was hardly a mess. They only took about 5 minutes to make to a perfect brown and it was my first time using this recipe. Absolutely great!

Pumpkin Hummus, Caramelized Onion and Fontina Cheese Pizzas

I made this recipe forgetting to put apples in it... and it was still awesome. My hubby said it was in the top five pizzas he has ever had. He was my guinea pig for sampling possibly Halloween Party recipes. It will definitely be served! We love it, it was just amazing.

Christmas Molasses Cookies

This is the most amazing recipe! My cookies turned out looking exactly like the ones in the photo. I made approximately half of the recipe and didn't even have baking soda on hand, but they turned out great. I put them in the freezer for only a half hour and then in between rolling them, and they still rolled wonderfully. Also, they aren't too sweet at all. But, very savoury. :) Enjoy!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

I made only half of this recipe and it turned out pretty stiff after I left it overnight. It was probably too much egg! So, I didn't make any lovely shapes out of them, I just rolled them and flattened them. They turned out beautifully. Coming out of the oven, they were puffy and a little chewy and absolutely delicious. Half of the recipe made 2 dozen cookies of this size. Enjoy :)
