I work in travel and it leaves me very little time cook and bake. I love baking and have trained with a chef for over 300 hours in cooking, but I don't enjoy cooking very much. My 3 year old Shih Tzu loves everything that I cook though... :) Again, I don't really like cooking... I find that everything that I make starts to taste the same. I'll have to use this website to spruce up my recipes more! Our only major cooking traditions are Christmas ones. We make huge turkey dinners and lots of delicious cookies. I make an awesome pie crust! I tried to make a pie crust once out of organic, unbleached flour and it turned out horribly. I actually tried about three times with the same flour on the same day with the same recipe and it didn't work. I'll never try to make healthy pie again...
