Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
What a beautiful recipe! My husband loved it, and my kids (8, 6, 2, and 1) ate it, but it wasn't their favorite. I'm happy that they ate fish, though! I used sour cream instead of mayo, and that was good. I thought for sure the topping was going to slide right off of the fish, but it didn't. It was a very pretty dish to serve!
