DELICOUS! Loved it! The pico de gallo really makes the recipe. It adds great flavor and also works great with chips. Will definitely make again!

DELICOUS! My favorite blueberry muffin recipe! It's hard to resist eating only one! Only change I made was that I left out the raspberries and used all blueberries. I only made 12 out of the recipe because I like bigger muffins. They were moist, flavorful and delicous! If I could give it more stars I would!

Very tasty although I did make a few changes to suit my taste so I couldn't give it a 5 star rating. I omitted the can of cream of chicken and instead added 1/2 cup sour cream. I also added about 1/2 t chili powder to the sauce mixture to give it a little more zip. I also added a corn layer and added crushed tortilla strips on top. All and all it was very good and I will probably make this again!
