Reuben Sandwich II
These are delicious! I had pastrami in the fridge so I used that instead of corned beef. My husband and I both loved these. Thanks!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops
Excellent recipe. I've had trouble with some pork chop recipes being dry or tough, but these were moist and delicious. My picky teenage son gave a big thumbs up, too.

Shrimp over Cheese Grits
Delicious! I had never tried making grits, so was a little anxious. It was easy and tasted great with the shrimp. Made it for a friend from Georgia, who gave it a thumbs up! Does need the hot sauce for a kick.
