Nana's Acorn Squash
Wow! So easy and delicious! I just bought a few small acorn squashes at the local farmers market and I'm glad I did! Served as a side with turkey tenderloin this was a delicious fall treat!

Simple Turkey Chili
Great recipe. I used the leanest ground turkey, added some chopped red bell pepper, fresh cilantro, and garnished with shredded lowfat cheeses, fresh chopped jalapeno pepper, green onion, lowfat sour cream and few tortilla strips. Better on second day. Next time I will use less water my family likes our chili thicker. Great recipe though. So much better than buying the packet of seasoning. Will make this again!

Famous Chicken Adobo
Delicious! Close to my dad's recipe who is Filipino. We add the juice of 1/2 lemon, sometimes pork on the bone, or some firm chopped up bean curd (tofu). You can also use apple cider vinegar in place of white. Savory and soothing over fresh cooked white rice. Great recipe! Thanks for sharing.
