Chicken Tikka Masala
This is a really good base recipe for Chicken Tikka Masala. I did feel it was lacking something...some depth. I did modify the ingredients to satisfy my taste by adding extra ginger, cilantro and saracha chili sauce. The marinade for the chicken is spot on - delicious. The sauce is also very good, but needs a little something.... still overall, a great and easy recipe for this delicious dish.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
This was a little bland. I used the garlic alfredo sauce, which i regret. it didn't have a great flavor to begin with. i also added extra garlic, which i thought would make it pop - but eh. it needed salt. i also added a touch of nutmeg, which did give it a nice hint of flavor. this was good, but next time ill use a high end alfredo sauce and add some additional salt. presentation was good.
