German Chocolate Cheesecake

I made this for my brother's birthday and everyone loved it. My only complaint was that the icing was a little runny, so I just heated it up and spooned it over the cake as a sauce as I served it. Everyone thought that was how it was supposed to be. The icing did set up after I left it in the fridge for a while. Very good recipe!

Barbecued Ribs

The sauce was delicious even though I didn't measure anything (which is probably why it came out a bit runny). Also, I was using riblets and they werent as tender as I would have liked, but that was no fault of the recipe. I will definately use this recipe next time I make ribs.

Dill Pickle Appetizers

It has been a while since I made this, but they are great. If you have pickle lovers around they will quickly disappear. You can also use dill spears and tortillas instead of bread.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

I used red pepper flakes instead of cayenne b/c that is what I had on hand. You really can't go wrong with this recipe. Very good.

Broiled Scallops

Chicken Crescent Casserole

I made this last week and will be making it again tonight. I change the recipe according to what I have on hand. The versatility is great. I don't use celery or water chestnuts and change up the cream soup. Tonight I will add asparagus. Thanks for a great recipe my family loves.

This one was different. I can't say I didn't like it, but my husband and I agreed that it wasn't our favorite. I may try this one again b/c I didn't have white balsamic vinegar.

Mozzarella Dip

I added a can of cream of celery soup for a little extra flavor and used it with chips and veggies. Pretty good, but I took it to a party and although it got a compliment it was not all eaten.

Pizza Salad II

Filled Apricot Cookies

I used strawberry preserves instead of apricot, but the cookies were very good. I thought it was a little dry at first, and I had to sprinkle regular granulated sugar on them for lack of the right ingredients. My family wasn't real impressed, but I liked them and will make them again!

I really liked this drink and so did my picky sister-in-law. The only thing I didn't care for was the grainy texture from the sugar. I also made a batch with some strawberry preserves added, and it was delicious! Thanks!

Chicken Supreme III

I haven't even finished making this recipe, but I am excited. It was so simple, and before I added the cheese and stuck it the oven I had to sneak a bite. It is delicious. I used cream of mushroom soup and added snuck some peas in (I have a five year old who isn't a big veggie eater). I haven't made anything with stuffing before, but I will definitely be using this recipe (with different variations) over and over again!

Mrs. Strong's Casserole

I didnt have cream cheese, but I used some mixed parmesan and romano. I also used 1/3 jar spaghetti sauce since I didnt have tomato sauce.This recipe is great b/c you can really work with it and it is very forgiving. Sooo Yummy.
