Potato Leek Soup III
This is a wonderful soup for a cold day. I did use half the butter and added a few cloves of garlic and an extra leek.

New Year's Champagne Punch
Wonderful New Year's Eve punch, light and festive. A big hit at my party last year. Had to make another batch, the first one went so fast!
