Pork Chops to Live For
This recipe was a family hit. I made some changes according to the reviews and what I had on hand, but very close to the recipe. It was easy and good. My family liked it A LOT (I thought it was good, just not as good as them). My kids called it salisbury pork chops.

Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken
recipe was good. I followed others advice and diced the chicken and added fresh garlic and italin seasoning. Served it as a sauce over penne pasta and it was very good. Easy enough recipe to make in a hurry and very tastey.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I thought the recipe was fantastic. My fiance doesn't care much for fish and he finished this. I did make a couple changes which didn't add any time, but I am sure added in flavor. I put slightly soften butter in the mini-chopper with 1/4 c white onion, 1 stalk of celery and a tbsp of minced garlic. I ommited the celery and oinion powders. Otherwise the recipe was the same and was terrific. I did not find it runny- however I cooked the fish on a lower rack and then popped in in the top rack after adding the topping which may have helped keep it together.
