Crawfish Fettuccine I

I hate it when people change recipes, too but here goes: Trader Joe's sells 1 lb. bags of a combo of shrimp, scallops and calamari and I used that instead of crawfish and also added a couple shakes of Old Bay Seasoning - it was really outstanding - was a little skeptical of the Velveeta but it worked out great - thanks for a recipe I'll use again!

Baby Back Ribs

This is really a great recipe! First time I've made baby back ribs and my son, whose opinion I value in the culinary area, said they were the best he'd every eaten! Followed Cathy M.'s recipe for the dry rub and marinated them in her rub and baked them in the rub only for 2 hrs. then finished on grill with juices from meat and one slab was slathered with the blackberry barbeque sauce from this site and the other with John Boy and Billy's Original BBQ sauce - thanks for the recipe - seeing as how I bought 25 lbs. of ribs on sale I'll definitely be making these again! :)

Thanksgiving Leftovers Stuffed Shells

Made this last night and was really, really good! Was surprised the husband loved it cuz he's used to the beef stuffed shells his mom makes...I used Stove Top stuffing for turkey - anyway, weird ingredients for shells but GREAT!

Comforting Cube Steaks

This is great comfort food - seasoned the meat with Emeril's Original Essense and a little garlic salt and used one can cream of celery and one mushroom as someone else suggested - served over spaetzle...yum

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

I made this for my family last night and everyone was crazy about it! My son, who is very picky about his alfredo sauce, said the sauce had the "perfect creaminess". Thank you for a great recipe!

Sicilian Lemon Chicken with Raisin-Tomato Sauce

This was really,really good! The only thing I would have changed is to use chicken cut into thin filets or strips instead of the breast half - took too long and not as tender. I also added about 1 cup of chopped fresh tomatoes. Great recipe!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Colleen, I don't know if you'll see this, but you were definitely right about these muffins! They are absolutely the best blueberry muffins I've ever had and everyone at work who tasted them said they were to die for! Would love to have some more recipes from you if you are that good of a cook!

Sugar Glazed Walnuts

These were really good (I used pecans because I didn't have walnuts), but the only thing wrong was that they stuck together in clumps even though I spread them out on the baking sheet. Anyway, really good on Strawberry Spinach Salad!

Jagerschnitzel

I was trying to find a Jagerschnitzel recipe like the one I had at Hofbrauhaus in Las Vegas and this was definitely it! The only things I changed were I added fresh mushrooms like other reviewers and added 4 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon as the Hofbrauhaus did. Superior Touch Better than Boullon Beef Base (about 2 t.)added to the 1 1/2 c. water is great, too, instead of bouillon. Great over spaetzle. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Dash's Donair

This was a great recipe! My husband said it smelled like pizza when it was cooking. Throwing the meat really made a difference in the dense texture. Unfortunately, we didn't like the sauce - way too sweet. Will try the Tzastiki sauce next time. Thanks for a good dinner!
