Baby Back Ribs
This is really a great recipe! First time I've made baby back ribs and my son, whose opinion I value in the culinary area, said they were the best he'd every eaten! Followed Cathy M.'s recipe for the dry rub and marinated them in her rub and baked them in the rub only for 2 hrs. then finished on grill with juices from meat and one slab was slathered with the blackberry barbeque sauce from this site and the other with John Boy and Billy's Original BBQ sauce - thanks for the recipe - seeing as how I bought 25 lbs. of ribs on sale I'll definitely be making these again! :)
