Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion
I made it a couple times and each time I found that the Gorgonzola was pretty overpowering, especially combined with the balsamic vinaigrette. Next time I will cut the amount of gorgonzola in half, use parmesean for the rest of it and leaf out the balsamic vinaigrette. Also, I made it over pasta once and gnocchi the last time. I will use gnocchi in the future.
