I almost didn't try this one because it didn't look all that great. But thanx to all the excellent reviews I went ahead and made it. My family could'nt get enough! I left out the chilis because of the kids and served pickled jalepenios on the side for grown ups. Also substituted black olives for the mushrooms. mmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmm good

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

This was fantastic. We are greedy cheese lovers so we added a cup of shredded colby cheese left over from INCREADIBLY CHEESY TURKEY MEATLOAF(from this site). ohhh yeah and more salt. The two went great together.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Super easy, cheap and fun! What could be better than that??? My twelve year old daughter made this (with a little help) We read the other reviwers advise and added grated onion and garlic powder. A big hit with the whole family. We served it with Garlic mashed red potatos (from this site) and some corn. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Cheesy Taco Dip

I made this for my daughters 6th grade spaninsh class fiesta. It was a hit with the kids. I substituted ground turkey for beef and used a jar of salsa instead of tomatos. Super simple.

Pancho Villa Baked Tilapia

This dish was just not good. Followed the recipe to the T. I just dont get it. It was soggy and tasteless. What a waste of fish!

Big Ed's Cajun Shrimp Soup

"you go big ed!!!!" This recipe is easy fun AND tasty! We took the advice of others and added cellery,and onion (red). Also used clamato juice because that was all the store had. No complaints with this dish. Will definately make it again.

Chili Mac, Mexican Style

OH MY GOSH!!!!! This stuff is too good to be true! Healthy easy AND so so good! Sustituted Beef chorrizo for pork and added a can of corn. The whole family enjoyed this dish.

Creamy Baked Chicken

This was quik and easy. The kids made it for company and every one loved it!!! We used chicken thighs. Next time we will take the skin off. This one is a winner!!!
