Best Tuna Casserole
My family is quite skeptical about tuna casseroles, but this one put their fears to rest. The combination of the soups and cheese made a lovely casserole that didn't have that overwhelming tuna flavor that so often comes with a tuna casserole. Make the recipe just as is...it works!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
This recipe was amazing! I was a little bit skeptical about leaving the cheese in cubes, but I tried it and it worked out perfectly! I recommend this method, because it really allows the flavors of the cheese to meld together into the meatloaf. However, do be aware that by only cubing the cheese a large portion of the liquid rises to the top during cooking, so about half way through, I pulled out the meatloaf and soaked the grease off of the top. When it came out if was perfectly moist! Really recommend this!

Chicken Enchilada Casserole I
This recipe was an incredible hit with my entire family, even the picky ones! Some of the other reviewers noted it was dry, but I found it to be extremely moist and flavorful. I did take the advice of some other reviewers and substituted real cheese for the processed cheese, and it turned out beautifully! I also shredded the chicken instead of cubing it, and it spread evenly throughout the casserole. Great recipe, will definitely make again!
