Juicy Roasted Chicken
WOW!!! Second time in 2 weeks I've fixed this. So moist and juicy! I've always over or under cooked chickens. Not with this one! Bought a 5# chicken and it took about 2 1/2 hours. I just used my meat thermom. until it reached 185 degrees, took it out covered it while the rice was cooking and "presto" a great supper!
