Beef Sirloin Tip Roast
I tried this because my roast like this are usually dry and tough. I really like the recipe. My roast was very moist and tender. I did bake it only 2 hrs., it was a little small then 3 lbs. I also made the gravy and my D.H. even liked it. He took the left over to work for lunch,:-).
