I love baking, cookies are the easist thing for me, but I love the challenge of candy making. On Christmas Eve my dad makes Boiled Hamburger in honor of his dad who cooked it on a regular bases when my dad was a child. I attempted a from scratch Italian meal, homemade pasta, sauce from fresh tomatoes and garlic. It was really yummy, took hours though. Even threwin some Biscotti and black coffee at the end. My divinity attemps have never quite made it.
