Im the Head Chef for the Bakersfield RV Resort in Bakersfield,CA. Our cuisine I would have to say is.....American style bistro...if that makes any sense. Or upscale home-cooking. Yeah! Thats it!

My favorite family cooking traditions
learning how to cook from my mother when I was a teenager, but I really caught the cooking bug when I fell into the industry at 22.
I also enjoy making food with my little sous chef, Scarlett. Shes 4, and I look forward to teaching my 1 1/2 year old, Violet how to cook. And showing my wife how to make quick and exotic meals for her and the kids is also an enjoyable event. She makes a mean spaghetti!!!
My cooking triumphs
I guess my triumphs would be anytime I want to make something that I havent made before, and I just dive in head first and it turns out great.
My cooking tragedies
Same as my triumphs, but the results suck!!!
