Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I brought this to my office and even with all the other Christmas treats around, the 2 loaves of pumpkin bread were gone by the end of the day. Even people who don't like pumpkin will love it.

Sweet Corn Bread
I also added to 1/4 cup honey the second time I made this recipe, and it turned out wonderful.

Blue Cheese Burgers
Very delicious. We made these with beef and turkey. Both were very good. I even liked the turkey a bit more because it had a very fresh light flavor to it.
