Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Only change is I omitted the ginger (I have an allergy to it). Turned out perfectly - will definitely keep this for future use.

Garlic Ranch Chicken

Very good and simple recipe. I cut the chicken into strips and sprinkled with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and dried basil. Then covered with ranch dressing and baked in the oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Heavenly White Cake

Excellent recipe - hands down best white cake I've ever made. Just increase milk to 1 1/2 cups, and it's perfect.
